EBS & Associates started business in 1996. It was started by Laura Davis, President. The business was created to help medical doctors and chiropractors with their billing. As the doctors were growing their practices and wanted to do their billing in-house, Laura Davis, researched billing software packages to find the software that would be best for their offices. She found Eclipse Practice management which was developed in 1985. She liked the idea that the software company was a national company and privately owned. Because the software was privately owned it was easy to get in touch with the developer to talk with him when there were features she thought would really enhance the program. It is very rare that after an office purchases Eclipse that they ever move to another software. EBS & Associates started out in 1996 with five offices using Eclipse to over 900 offices using the program in 2007. She attributes the success of the business to giving the offices outstanding service. It was always her goal that if an office was experiencing a problem that she would strive to resolve it. That is why today most of her new sales are referrals from present clients.
