President: Laura DavisLaura started EBS and Associates in 1993. She has extensive knowledge in billing, practice management and electronic medical records software. | Training Specialist: Sheryl GrbichSheryl joined EBS & Associates in 2005 as the Project Manager/Trainer. She came with a wealth of knowledge and experience working with many healthcare providers. Sheryl has a “whatever it takes” attitude to make you successful. She is the main contact to do online and onsite trainings, prepares you for software transition and oversees your happiness with our products/services thru out the transition.

Sales/Training Specialist: Suzanne TraberSuzanne joined EBS and Associates in 1997. Her expertise is in billing, coding and electronic medical records. Her medical office proficiency extends as a management consultant for offices using her experience as an office manager in staff development including staff interviewing/hiring services. Suzanne aspires to assist offices to grow and develop their business to succeed in their office efficiency to improve financial independence. | Chiro QuickChart Trainer: Courtney DavisCourtney joined EBS & Associates in 2005 as the head templater. She designs and customizes templates used within Medinotes. This allows EBS & Associates to set themselves apart from the competition, we work one on one with offices to create templates that are functional, user friendly and personalized to each user’s style.

Billing Specialist: Terri GrudzinskiTerri joined EBS and associates in 2007. She has 10 years experience with Eclipse and billing. With her strong account receivable experience she is a great resource for keeping your account up to date and PAID! Terri has hands on experience on how organize the billing department to help streamline and make your practice flow efficiently.
